Goldsmith Studio* is operated by *Goldsmith Studio LLC from Austin, TX. The studio uses Goldsmith Studio to manage custom jewelry inquiries, client portal access, estimates, invoices, project updates, media, and customer communication.

Site purpose

This site covers https://goldsmithstudio.vercel.app* and any client portal links issued by *Goldsmith Studio. It is an inquiry and client-portal site, not a general e-commerce catalog. Submitting a commission form starts a conversation with the studio. A binding commission begins only when the studio issues written terms or an invoice and the required payment or approval is complete.

Payments

If online invoice payment is enabled, card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this site. Payment terms, deposits, refunds, taxes, and delivery timing are governed by the studio-approved quote or invoice for your project.

Designs, media, and project records

Sketches, CAD files, wax models, progress photos, client uploads, and project notes are used to operate your commission. Portfolio publication, intellectual-property terms, retention, and deletion requests must follow the studio's approved written policy.
